Buying something for 50 euros and having a bad app isnt good. The app crashes a lot, it isnt estetically beautiful and it is very slow on trasnferring and reading files. A lot of work to do here. Quick please
I hate to give such a horrible review because I feel that this could and should be an amazing and much needed product, however I have yet to get it to work or get the app to stay open for that matter , on a brand new iPhone 6s Plus with the latest version of iOS and leef.
Please note that upon receipt of a faulty iBridge that jiggles in the Thunderbolt ports of both my iPhone 6s Plus and iPad Air, Leef Customer Service is arguing about this return (???) ... It simply doesnt work ! - When it jiggles, it disconnects ! ... I was asking for an exchange - now, I want a refund !
Got my refund - thank you, Leef. Bought a new one (Amazon) - works just fine with iPhone-6s Plus, but not with iPad Air. I get an "iBridge Disconnected" indication off/on. Tried reinstalling - no go. I assume its formatted correctly (Fat32), or it wouldnt work with iPhone ... (???)
I dont typically review apps but I bought the iAccess in hopes of transferring files off my iPhone without having to connect to PC/Mac. This now works even with a 64gb Sandisk Extreme Plus micro sd card. Would be nice if we could transfer entire folders of pictures from iOS Photo App to Leef. Workaround is to transfer photos one album at a time, create folder on iAccess and then move photos to folder. Issue with this is its tedious if you want to transfer lots of albums at once. Was also able to load an MP4 video from Mac to card and watch on iPhone. Could only view movie in Leef app instead of transferring to native iOS video app which is perfectly fine for me.
Tried to watch a video taken with a camera on the app and even using a SanDisk Extreme Plus memory card and an iPhone 6S, the video buffers every few seconds. Dont waste your money on this. The app is buggy and the hardware is obviously outdated to deal with todays tech.
The iaccess is Great if you have a GoPro and film 1080p 30fps video. The app will stutter playback of video frame rate that is above 30fps. Downloading videos is faster than downloading through GoPro app. There are some bugs were I dont see the video downloading but that is minor.
This was not working. Only to look at some other reviews and see that the iaccess needed a firmware update. Kind of complicated and the app tried to do the update itself but glitched up so had to do it manually per the instructions online. Hopefully this will get it to working again.
Ive just got the 256gb ibridge and it was working at first but now its just saying its unplugged every time I plug it in to my ipod touch 6th gen. Ive tried everything I could; Ive tried reinstalling the app several times, tried reformatting several times, reseting my ipod etc. Please fix this glitch!
Only had the iAccess for a couple weeks and it was working fine up until the new update hit. No matter what Ive tried (even after following step by step directions directly from LEEFs tech support) the iAccess will not update or work - so the device is now totally useless. Im using it with an iphone 6plus. Was a great concept but definitely not a stable product.
Ive sent an email to the support team and no response, dont waste your time and money on this.
The app just simply doesnt work. The troubleshooting page on your website offers a complicated solution that the average joe cant understand. This device is a good concept that is very poorly executed. Im sure I can found a cheaper alternative to your product for much cheaper. With that said Id rather pay for quality and if you can fix your app Ill definitely use it.
Does not work. Same as other reviewers comments, keeps saying "unplugged."
Claims my Leef USB is unplugged when it is plugged in! Please fix. Too much money spent for something that doesnt work!
I use a 16g iBridge regularly and would recommended it to family and friends if this app were redesigned. As it is, I find the app frustrating to use. I think it would confuse some people are not technical. Pros: - You can transfer files between an iPhone or iPad and PCs Cons: - You can create folders on an iBridge, but this app will not show you those folders when you select "Transfer from iBridge to iPhone". Instead, it shows you a chronological order and it takes a long time to scroll through if you have a lot of files. - If you multi-select files and then select save (for example "save 2 videos"), you cannot tell if anything is happening. There is no progress bar anything else to help - You cannot move or rename files on and iBridge. --
This product is a RIP-OFF!!!!! Save your money. The developers just want your money. This POS is a useless piece of plastic.
This app is awful. Every single time I try to transfer photos from my go pro to my phone I have problems. while trying to transfer photos today, my phone just resets. And I cant always get the pictures to save to my camera roll. Not worth the $50
I spent a good amount of money for this storage device to hold my photos so I can free up space on my iPhone. between the app and the device it automatically starts a back up which I am not clear why, should be an option. The app/device works extremely slow and when I am scrolling through my pictures to select for transfer it freezes and then shuts down completely!!! seems like I wasted money on this ridiculous item. before I started using it I thought I may end up buying more but that is deathly not going to happen if they do not fix this!!! I am already contemplating returning it to the store I bought it.... Very disappointing!
The Ibridge is a must have! Paired with the Ibridge App, it creates a simple, easy to use accessory for every IPhone user. I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with storage on their own device!
